Flush from the success of their latest album, "Only by the Night," Kings of Leon [ tickets ] will step up to the task of filling arenas during a spring headlining tour. The Grammy-nominated southern rockers kick off the plus-sized outing April 19 in Boston, the first of 17 cities currently slated for the run.

British alt-rockers Coldplay [ tickets ] will return to North America later this year for a summer outing that kicks off in July. So far, the recent Grammy winners have 13 US shows on the books and a stop in Toronto, though additional dates are expected.

The iconic singer/songwriter's current schedule has him kicking things off April 23 in Austin, TX, and traveling around the Southeast and Midwest before winding his way back to the Lone Star State in mid-May.

Dubbed the "Fearless Tour," the outing kicks off in late April and is due to hit venues across the US and into Canada through mid-October. Joining Swift on the trek are "American Idol" finalist Kellie Pickler and newcomer Gloriana.
