Aaron Carter adds new shows as tour approaches

Teen sensation Aaron Carter will kick off his Winter Party Tour on Friday night (1/25) in his home state of Florida. New dates have been added to the run, which now extends into mid-March.
Tickets to six recently added shows hit the box office on Friday (1/25) or Saturday (1/26). Details appear in the itinerary below.
On Feb. 10, Carter will appear at Sam Goody Central in Minneapolis' Mall of America, where he will sign autographs from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. CT, according to Jive Records' Aaron Carter website.
On Feb. 16, pay-per-view cable service inDemand will debut "Aaron Carter's Valentine Party," featuring Carter's July 2001 sold-out concert performance in Louisiana, which includes a guest appearance by Carter's older brother, Backstreet Boys' Nick Carter. Viewers who order the show will have a shot at various prizes; details are available at Jive's Aaron Carter site.
Carter is supporting his latest album, "Oh Aaron" (Jive), which surfaced last August. Last month, the Recording Industry Association of America certified the album platinum for a million copies shipped.
Meanwhile, three new Carter songs appear on last November's "Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius" soundtrack.
Carter was recently voted as Favorite Rising Star at the 2001 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, as well as Best Male Artist at the 2001 Fox Teen Choice Awards, according to Jive.
