Now into their 11th year, British alt-rock group Coldplay is far beyond warmed up. In Pollstar's survey of the Top 100 mid-year grossing tours worldwide, the band's Viva la Vida outing landed at No. 9, beating out acs like the Eagles and Beyonce .
There are 16 stops left on the North American leg of Coldplay's current tour, and California fans can catch them tonight (7/14) in Sacramento, CA. On Thursday (7/16) the tour moves on to San Diego, and more Southern California gigs are set for the weekend in Carson and Irvine.
